If the Switching Measure / Memory Button is set to Auto it is necessary to measure with the Memory button, not the Measure button. You can interchange the button functions in Custom Setting.
I cannot measure if I push Measure button. The Memory button switched to Measure when using Spot mode Reflected Light.
