If there is no problem with your USB cable, there may be a problem with the installation of the USB driver for L-758.The Secure Kernel Extension Loading (SKEL) of Mac OS may be blocking installation of USB driver (SiLabsUSBDriver.kext). Please go to the security and privacy settings and allow the SiLabs extension. It seems that this display appears only for 30 minutes after installation, thus, please uninstall and reinstall DTS again.
