Please make sure that your MAC can display "SEKONIC.COM". If you can see it, the utility can obtain any updated information. If you cannot see it, some proxy may be set on your MAC. And it may have some communication error between the proxy and the website. Therefore, please select the connection without proxy. In details, please refer to the item "7.6.1 Proxy Setting" on the Utility Software Guide.
