You can measure the irradiance of the visible light area; 380nm thru 780nm. If the blue daylight LED has the spectrum of 380nm thru 780nm, and has the illumination more than 1 lux, you can measure the irradiance in the wavelength range. The ultraviolet level less than 380nm cannot be measured because it is out of specifications.
