The increments of T+F can be selected in 3 steps,1(Full), 1/2 or 1/3 stops, in custom settings. Please select 1/3 stop which includes 1/200 shutter speed. The default setting for shutter speed/aperture is "1.0"(Full).
How do I set 1/200 as the shutter speed?
